Kridaya Gupta is a student at KC High School, pursuing the IBDP curriculum and studying Mathematics, Economics, Global Politics, English, Hindi, and Environmental Systems and Societies. Kridiaya demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, spearheading various club activities along with maintaining his academic excellence.
He was selected for the Summer@Brown program ‘Mathematical Modeling in Finance’ in 2024, and completed a credit-bearing course, ‘Risk Management in Emerging Economies’, offered by Cornell, in 2025. His accomplishments also include securing 1st place in the American Mathematics Competition, earning a gold award at the Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad, and receiving a High Commendation from the Harvard International Essay Competition.
He is passionate about bringing positive social change using his illustrated knowledge of Economics and Mathematics. He has also enriched his expertise through participation in the Harvard Youth Lead the Change Program, where he worked on sharpening his leadership qualities and undertook a hands-on project of developing a social initiative, ‘College Prep on A Dime' that aimed to make college consulting economically viable and accessible to underserved communities. He is also an accomplished musician, having passed Trinity Grade 3 exams in drums. When not engaged in academic and social initiatives, Kridaya enjoys playing chess, table tennis and basketball.
